Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Advance Payment

  • To confirm security guard services, clients must make an advance payment.

  • This payment covers booking, deployment, and administrative costs.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds will be provided only in the following cases:

  • If the service cannot be provided due to company limitations.

  • If the client cancels the booking at least 7 days before the scheduled deployment.

3. Non-Refundable Payments

  • Once the guard(s) are deployed and services have started, payments are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before deployment are not eligible for a refund.

  • Registration or processing fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

4. Service Cancellation by Company

  • If we are unable to provide security guards as per the agreement, a 100% refund of the advance payment will be made.

5. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment (bank transfer/UPI/card).
