To confirm security guard services, clients must make an advance payment.
This payment covers booking, deployment, and administrative costs.
Refunds will be provided only in the following cases:
If the service cannot be provided due to company limitations.
If the client cancels the booking at least 7 days before the scheduled deployment.
Once the guard(s) are deployed and services have started, payments are non-refundable.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before deployment are not eligible for a refund.
Registration or processing fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
If we are unable to provide security guards as per the agreement, a 100% refund of the advance payment will be made.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment (bank transfer/UPI/card).
